BEGINNINGS
Back in 2004, Master Dale was asked to run a "Kinky Krafts" event as a complementary activity at an ongoing monthly play party. As a career cabinetmaker, it was a natural thing for him to design BDSM toys that were easy to build and that would be great additions to people's toybags. He prepared components into individual kits that would make the project easy to build, yet still leave enough handwork for people to feel as if they have created something special on their own.
For the past 9 years, Master Dale along with his wife, owyum, have been running their own events. As a regular part of their events schedule , they have run a "Kinky Krafts and Picnic" once or twice every year. This event has always been in demand and is very well attended.

Over the years, they have created a number of different pre-engineered kits for building BDSM toys. In addition to running their own events, Master Dale and owyum started bringing some of their kits to other area organizations and helping them run "Kinky Kraft" events of their own.
The idea to bring pre-engineered toymaking kits to the larger kink community as a fun and constructive activty was met with an enthusiastic and very positive response. And so Kink-Kits™ was launched.
TODAY
Master Dale and owyum formed The Hurbin Group, LLC as an umbrella for all of their community events and operations. These include running their local organization, SWACK, planning/promoting and running the amazing Summer WoW event, and doing the marketing and sales for Kink-Kits™.

Run your own Kinky Krafts event with
Kink-Kits™
- Visit our online store and select a toy project for your group.
- Decide if you want just a crafting event or want to add Kink-Kits™ to a picnic day or some other activity.
- Promote the event to your group at least 8 weeks ahead of the intended date.
- Have interested members register and pre-pay for the event. This gives you a firm count of how many people to order for.
- Order your Kink-Kits™ project(s). Kits are made to order. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
- Some groups will do two projects at an event...one of them easier, one harder. You can find projects' difficulty rating in their store listings.
- We include a practice kit for the group leader or event coordinator with each qualifying purchase.
- We provide a link to a video that will guide you step by step through completing your project.
- The leader should build their example project before the event so they become familiar with the process and they can lead their group through building their toy on the day of the event.
- Run your event!
THE FUTURE
We are continually developing new projects and adding them to our catalog to keep your community engaged and participating in your crafting events.
Our current focus is on very affordable, high success rate projects geared toward the skill level of a typical group.
In the future, we will be adding a limited number of advanced projects to our catalog that will require a higher level of skill than our typical Kink-Kits™.
We may eventually take Kink-Kits™ on the road to vendor fairs and Cons across our region.
